The fact that you realize this makes you a tremendous teacher. Most of the truly bad teachers that I know, don't know they are bad. They continue doing the same thing with the same poor results. They make no effort to change because they don't realize they need to change.
You have a blog, use Twitter and reflect on your teaching. I would bet money that you are a great teacher.
You are WAY too reflective to be a bad teacher! Bad teachers are not reflecting on what they are doing and striving to make it better. I will say that we all have those days though, the ones where we feel like failures as teachers. You're not alone!
